Recreation Center

Location: | 23 Splash Dam Way

Notes:
The Recreation Center is open from 6:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily and accessible via your key fob.  The Rec Center has a fitness center with weights and other equipment, a sauna, and rest rooms with showers. The meeting room has a ping-pong table and a kitchen.
The Rec Center Meeting Room can be reserved for private parties, meetings and events.

Swimming Pool

Notes:
The pool hours are established for each summer season by the Mill Site Board of Directors. They can vary based upon weather conditions and daylight hours. Typically, however, the summer swim season runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
Pool Rules
 A key fob allows access for a member’s household and up to four guests at a time.

Tennis/Pickleball Court

Notes:
The tennis/pickleball court is located in the park. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The court is kept locked to discourage possible vandalism. A signup sheet and key for the court are located in the lobby.

Park
|
Location: | Splash Dam Way and Bull Wacker Run

Notes:
The park has several picnic tables and charcoal grills, including one large double grill. It is located across the street from the Recreation Center and pool.
The park is the location of the annual picnic put on by the Association for all Association members and renters.

Basketball Court

The Association maintains a basketball court in the park area, featuring a basketball half-court

Arnold Rim Trail

Location: | Directly accessible within Mill Woods
|
Notes:
The Arnold Rim Trail is a major area attraction for hikers, bicyclists, and equestrians. A portion of the trail crosses the Mill Woods common area and shares a portion of the Mill Woods Loop Trail. Projected to be 35 miles long when completed, it is about half complete as of 2015. Building and maintaining the trail has been a collaborative effort with intensive collaboration between volunteer citizens and Calaveras County, State Park, and US Forest Service agencies. Bocce Ball Court

Notes:
The Association maintains a bocce ball court in the park area. Please bring your own balls/equipment and enjoy!
